- Over your limit: 30p a load. Go over for two months running and we move you up a tier.
- Month to month, 30 days' notice. No annual contract.
- Too small: Small tier from £69, or setup only if you would rather type yourself.
- More than one yard? Each yard is priced on its own loads. The yard on your highest tier pays full price; every other yard gets 15% off its tier.
- For example, a Busy yard, a Standard yard and a Small yard: £169 + £92 + £58 = £319 a month (instead of £347). Rounded down to the pound, tier price only, ex VAT.
- Same price across Britain. For Scottish yards, a second person checks the key details on every record, and the Scottish holiday calendar is built in.

No app yet, or on paper: £199 (£299 with half a day on site within [radius] of [base]). We build it for you: the account, the Defra connection, your customers, vehicles, prices and tare weights, an estimate sheet if you have no weighbridge, and training for your gate person.
Setup only: the same setup prices, no monthly fee.

Not happy after your first month? Tell us and we refund that month's Chitly fee. For Scotland yards on the first desk month free, this covers the second month. Setup is not refunded because the work is already done and the yard keeps it. Subject to our written agreement.
What you pay others, not us
Defra
Defra: £26 a year per organisation, covering all your sites. First payment due 31 January 2027. You register and pay Defra yourself.
Your app
Your app: many have a free plan. Some charge for an extra user, our login, or a returns add-on.
Tippa example: extra office user £5 a month. Note Uploads £10. Waste Returns £25. Prices checked [prices checked on date].
All-in example for a Standard Tippa yard: £114 to £149 a month plus £26 a year to Defra. That is our £109, plus £5 for our login, with or without Note Uploads and Waste Returns.
